What makes My Better Batch different?
We’re women-owned and based in North Carolina, and we believe shortcuts shouldn’t mean compromise on quality or taste. Our mixes use clean, non-GMO ingredients and deliver that from-scratch taste in minutes—just add butter + egg.
Which flavors do you offer?
Classic Sugar Cookie Mix, Celebration Cookie Mix (made with sprinkles), Chocolate Chunk, and Double Chocolate Chip.
What do I need to add?
Just butter + an egg. That’s it. Full directions and tips are on the back of each box.
How many cookies does one box make?
About 16 cookies, using a 2 oz cookie scoop.
Do I have to chill the dough?
No! Our dough is made to go directly into the oven.
Can I customize the mix?
Yes! We love each mix on its own, but they’re also designed to be a great base for all kinds of recipes. For inspiration, check out our Recipes, follow along on Social Media and/or join our Email Newsletter for new ideas and seasonal twists.
Can I make them dairy‑free or egg‑free?
Dairy‑free: Use a plant‑based butter with similar fat content (results vary by brand). Egg‑free: Try a flax egg or egg replacer—the texture will change slightly.
Do your mixes contain allergens?
Our Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix contains Wheat, Milk, and Soy while our Classic Sugar, Celebration, and Double Chocolate Chip contain Wheat only.
Our mixes are produced in a facility that also packages Tree Nuts, Egg, and Sesame.

Are your mixes non‑GMO / clean label?
Yes, all of our mixes are made with non‑GMO ingredients and have been Non-GMO Project Verified.
How long does a box of mix last?
Please reference the bottom of each box for best before date and be sure to store unopened boxes in a cool, dry location. Baked cookies keep 2–3 days airtight at room temperature.
Can I freeze the dough?
Yes - scoop dough balls, freeze on a sheet, then store in a freezer bag. To bake from a frozen dough ball, add 1-2 additional minutes in the oven.

I placed an order online, can it be returned?
Orders ship the following business day. Because our mixes are food items, purchases are non‑returnable; if anything arrives damaged or not right, email hello@mybetterbatch.com within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
