Meet Lindsay, Our Founder
Hi, I’m Lindsay, founder of My Better Batch. There I was, a newly single Mom at 40, standing in the baking aisle with a looming school bake sale. Everything on the shelves promised convenience but nothing tasted homemade. Everyone was going to know…it came from a box (Gasp!)
That’s when I decided to start My Better Batch, because simplifying life’s sweetest moments makes them even sweeter.
I believe that the joy of creating treats that taste homemade should be accessible to everyone – the working parents, career gunners, college students, and anyone else with a full plate and a hungry stomach.
