Ingredients
-
1 pkg My Better Batch Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
-
1 Large Egg
-
8 TBSP Unsalted Butter, Softened
-
1 bag Hershey’s Kisses
-
1 bag Hershey’s Hugs
-
Holiday Sprinkles
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Time to make the dough! In a large bowl, combine the cookie mix, softened butter, and egg. Mix on medium-low speed for 2–3 minutes, or until fully combined. Dough may also be mixed by hand.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie and roll into balls. Roll each dough ball in your favorite holiday sprinkles until fully coated!
Place dough balls about 2½ inches apart on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are set but centers remain soft.
While the cookies are baking, unwrap about 16 Hershey’s Hugs and Kisses.
After removing the cookies from the oven, immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss or Hug into the center of each cookie while still warm.
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
