Ingredients
-
1 pkg My Better Batch Classic Sugar Cookie Mix
- 8 TBSP Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 (12 g) Bags Freeze Dried Strawberries, Crushed
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Using a rolling pin or your hands, lightly crush the freeze dried strawberries in the bag.
In a large mixing bowl, add one package of Classic Sugar Cookie mix, 8 tablespoons of unsalted butter that has been allowed to soften, and 1 large egg.
Use a hand mixer or stand mixer on low or medium to blend the ingredients together until dough has almost formed. Add 2 (12 g) bags freeze dried strawberries and turn back on low until strawberries are fully incorporated and dough forms. If you don’t have a mixer, you can knead the dough until fully combined.
Shape the dough into individual cookies by taking 2 tablespoons of dough and rolling the dough into a ball. Place each raw cookie ball onto the prepared baking sheets, 2 ½ inches apart.
Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the edges of the cookies have set. Allow the cookies to rest on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
