Ingredients
-
1 pkg Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix (prepare according to package instructions)
-
1/3 Cup Pretzel Pieces
-
1/3 Cup Kraft Caramel Squares (cut into small pieces. These are the individually wrapped caramel squares)
-
1/4 Cup Toffee Bits
-
1 Egg
-
6 TBSP Softened Butter
Dry Ingredients
Directions
Using a stand mixer add 1 pkg of Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix.
Add 1 Egg and 6 TBSP of Softened Butter.
Mix on medium low speed until the ingredients are incorporated and the dough just begins to form.
Add 1/3 Cup Pretzel Pieces, 1/3 Cup Kraft Caramel Squares, cut into 4 small pieces each, and 1/4 Cup Heath Toffee Bits.
Turn the mixer on medium low until all of the mix-in's are fully combined.
Using a 2 TBSP cookie scoop, scoop dough, place dough onto a lined baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 9-10 minutes.
Watch for the edges to be set and the cookies to lose that shiny appearance before taking them out of the oven.
