Look no further than my simple Brookie recipe. Decadent Brownies + Chocolate Chip Cookies combine in this delicious, crowd-pleasing dessert. I bake a LOT of cookies in my house and if I'm not serving a crowd I will freeze half of my cookie dough in pre-measured 2-3 TBSP scoops.
Simply prepare your brownie according to the instructions on the package and place frozen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls right inside. It's THAT simple...I promise.
Using frozen cookie dough allows you to add your Chocolate Chip Cookies simply, avoid a mess in spreading the dough, and get that dough all the way to the bottom of your Brookie rather than just laying on top. This means a bit of cookie and brownie in every...single...bite! YUM!
