Ingredients
-
1 pkg My Better Batch Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
- 6 TBSP Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Cup Dried, Pitted Cherries
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F and line your baking sheets with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the My Better Batch Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix, softened butter, and large egg. Mix on low-medium speed until the ingredients are fully combined. Don’t have an electric mixer? It’s easy to head-knead the cookie dough!
Add 1 cup of dried and pitted cherries and mix until evenly distributed in the dough.
Form the cookies by taking two tablespoons of dough at a time and gently rolling into a ball. Separate each one on the cookie sheets by 2 ½ inches - this allows the dough to spread as the cookies bake.
Bake for 9-11 minutes, until the edges have set. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for an additional 5 minutes on the baking sheets before moving to a cooling rack
