- 6 TBSP Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 1 Large Egg
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F and get excited, because your kitchen’s about to smell like pure holiday magic!
In a medium bowl, combine the Holiday Cheer Cookie Mix with 6 tablespoons of softened unsalted butter and one egg. Mix on low speed with a hand or stand mixer, or dive in with clean hands and knead gently, until the dough comes together and those festive red and green sprinkles peek through every scoop.
Grab a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper (because easy cleanup means more time for cookie eating). Scoop two tablespoons of dough into rounded mounds, spacing them a couple of inches apart, providing plenty of room for spreading.
